Homemade Syrup to Increase Red Blood Cells and Improve Blood Count

You’re feeling sort of idle, tired and fatigue? Perhaps it’s time for you to test your blood.

This syrup, which is to be prepared exclusively with natural ingredients, will most definitely have a positive impact on your blood results and on your overall health.

In order to have the perfect blood results, you should consume this syrup only twice a year.

One batch will leave you with around 1.5 to 2 liters, which is enough for 15 to 20 days. You should drink around 100ml each morning on an empty stomach, until you drink the entire syrup.

Here’s how to make it.

Ingredients:

– 1kg beetroot;
– 1-2kg carrots;
– 1 lemon – squeezed;
– 2-3 oranges;
– 2 green apples;
– 500gr meadow honey.

Instructions:

Cut the beetroot, carrots and apples in smaller pieces, and mix them in a blender.

Strain the mixture through a strainer or a gauze.

Squeeze the juice from the lemons and oranges, and mix it with the juice you’ve made earlier.

Note: You can add more oranges if you want, because besides their rich contents of vitamin C, they help to improve the smell and taste of the syrup.

Finally, add the honey and stir until you have a fine liquid.

Store the syrup in a glass bottle and put it in your fridge.

How to use it:

As we mentioned earlier, drink about 100ml (3.3oz) of the syrup every morning on an empty stomach until you finish the entire bottle, which could take anywhere from 15 to 20 days.
